Biography:

Kathryn is currently a member of the College of Dietitian's of Manitoba and has been a certified Diabetes Educator since the year 2000. She grew up in Morris Manitoba, home of the Big M Stampede. After graduating high school She moved to Winnipeg where She attended the University of Manitoba. In 1993 Kathryn completed a bachelors degree in Human Ecology, Foods and Nutrition. After successfully completing her dietetic internship at St. Boniface Hospital in 1995 she went on to work at the Victoria General Hospital.

Missing the rural lifestyle and sense of community, shortly after Boundary Trails Heath Centre opened its doors in 2001, Kathryn accepted a position there as Chronic Disease Dietitian. She has been employed at Boundary Trails Health Centre and has been privileged to meet and support many of those living in the Morden, Winkler and surrounding areas for the past 16 years.

Kathryn has lived with her husband and daughter in the beautiful city of Morden for the last 15 years. She enjoys staying active by taking her dog for walks, running, biking and gardening. Kathryn also enjoys golf and traveling and doing both together with her husband whenever possible.
